All parcels will require a
signature upon delivery. Within the UK we dispatch using Royal
Mail Next Day Special Delivery and for heavier parcels
Royal Mail Next Day Parcelforce 24. We can also arrange to deliver your order to
your work address if this is more convenient.
Worldwide we ship using Royal Mail Airmail
International Signed for Delivery,
except for the United States where we use Royal Mail Airmail Airsure. Upon request we are happy to quote
other priority Air methods.
If you wish to upgrade your overseas order to FedEx priority
Air Express delivery, the typical charge on 1 signed
shirt is an additional £75.

a signature upon receipt.

All Overseas parcels may be subject to lengthy delays, the guide above should be used for estimate purposes only.
Delays may occur, which are outside of our control, in some extreme cases your parcel may take up to 30 working days to be delivered.
This is because your package may have been held up in customs, delayed due to extreme weather conditions, or postal delays in the destination country.
Follow the instructions below to trace your parcel, please note in some cases, Royal Mail may not update the status on a parcel until some time
after the destination country has confirmed delivery.

Enter your 13 digit tracking number from your
Customer Receipt which you received by email.

Shipping costs are charged individually, and are stated next to the selected item.
Combined Shipping Discounts:
We offer combined shipping discounts for UK buyers only, overseas buyers must pay the individual cost per item.
Typical combined shipping costs:
2-4 shirts* £13.90. UK only, using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
5-10 shirts* £24.95. UK only, using Royal Mail Special Delivery *(excludes heavyweight cotton retro shirts).
2-4 Balls/Boots £24.95. UK only, using Royal Mail Parcelforce 24.
Email us in advance, if you require a combined shipping discounted invoice, as all items need to be purchased individually.
Alternatively pay full price on all shipping costs and your shipping discount will be refunded immediately before dispatch.
Please note to qualify for a combined shipping discount, all qualifying orders will need to be placed within 3 hours of the first order.

Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, however
if you are not 100% happy, we will accept the return of items,
for exchange or refund where the customer agrees
to bare all shipping costs and returns the signed memorabilia
unworn, with tags attached, smoke free and in the same condition as it was sold, complete with
a copy of your customer receipt and Certificate/s of Authentication.
*This offer lasts for 30 days only from receipt.
Please note, returns will only be accepted, with a valid returns authorisation number, this must be clearly displayed on the outer packaging of your returned parcel.
Returns that arrive without a valid authorisation number, or that fail to clearly display a valid returns authorisation number,
will be rejected and returned to sender at the sender's expense.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery to return your parcel
to us, and that UK returns are sent back to us with the contents fully insured, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
When returning an item from overseas 'NO COMMERCIAL VALUE'
must be added to the outer packaging of your parcel otherwise
the item will be rejected at the sender's expense.
