We only offer for sale genuine official merchandise, with official team lettering and numbers,
99 times out of 100 your signed shirt will arrive with store tags still attached.

Yes, please enter your alternative delivery address when making payment through PayPal. As explained above, your memorabilia will arrive with our Certificate of Authenticity & Presentation pack folder, making the parcel gift ready. Your electronic receipt will be emailed to you on dispatch, we do not include a receipt within the parcel.

Can you
provide me with a Certificate of Authenticity - i lost
the original?
No, for obvious reasons we do not offer replacement
Certificate's or offer Certificate's for items purchased
from another dealer.

What is
a tamper proof hologram?
Many dealers will offer holograms as a selling point
for authenticity. They are merely a tracking tool for
yourself and the company and therefore, do not automatically
make an autograph authentic.

I have
seen a similar Signed Shirt for half of the price you
are charging, why should i pay double that figure?
The majority of dubious signed memorabilia sellers offer
no proof of signings or proof of private signings, where
possible we always show photos of the players or player
signing for us. You may find item's cheaper on ebay,
but please compare the quality, service and most importantly
the authenticity that we offer our customers against
that of your cheaper option.

Will my
partner know what it is - when my parcel arrives?
No all parcels are discreetly packaged with no outer
mention of the website.

What is the difference between single signed shirts and single signed hero shirts?
Single signed shirts are stock signed on the front. Single signed hero shirts are stock thats been signed on the reverse, usually on the number, and they also mostly include sleeve patches, check the individual advert for clarification.

Sorry, we do not have a retail outlet, so its not
something we can facilitate.

Why do you not trade on eBay, and do you use any other online auction sites?
No, the only site we did use was eBay, we left eBay a number of years a go, this way due to the rising costs involved, and the increasing amount of fake memorabilia appearing
on the site.

I used to be able to buy your stock in the National Football Museum, what's changed?
Yes, we used to supply the National Football Museum, they sold our stock in the store, however local Memorabilia dealers, began donating items for free, with all profits
going towards the Museum. This is something we could not compete with, you will now only find our memorabilia for sale on this website.

Do
you include your Authenticity images as shown on the
Authenticity pages with the purchase?
No, we can no longer freely distribute fa-premiersignings.co.uk
copyright photograph's of the players signing for us,
this is now strictly against company policy. As you
can imagine this would leave us open to the photos being
presented in another company or dealers name. You are
however welcome to print the images off from our website
for your own personal use or to frame with your item.

Will my shirt be signed on the front or reverse, or a mixture of both?
All shirts are signed on the front or reverse only, the only shirts that are signed on the reverse, are listed on the single signed hero page.

Will my signed shirt arrive framed / Do you offer a framing service?
All memorabilia arrives unframed, we do not offer a framing service.

Can you
authenticate an item I have ? or an item I am interested
in buying from another dealer?
No, We will not comment on particular items or pass
judgement on a specific dealer, We can only provide
you with the clear strength of our own authenticity.

Will i receive a signature map with my signed ball or shirt?
No, due to time constraints and to keep costs down we do not offer this service.
